This report is to keep you informed of our current status. Published by National States Rights Party, Dr. Edward R. Fields, Information Director, P.O. Box 783, Birmingham, Alabama." This issue contains news about the dismissal of Federal indictments against Fields & seven other "White patriots" + news about the forthcoming National States Rights Party Convention to be held in Louisville, Ky. On the back is a graphic which portrays a very Aryan-looking couple in paramilitary uniforms standing tall in front of a NSRP flag featuring a lightning bolt & a modified Confederate flag. The caption reads: "Vote Right - Vote White - Vote States Rights".

Journal which was published monthly in Denver for the "Civil Betterment of Children" by the Juvenile Improvement Association (Incorporated), the president of which was Judge Ben B. Lindsey. It was edited by Dr. Lilburn Merrill. This was Ben Lindsey's copy, with his bookplate on the front paste-down & with his facsimile signature on a blank preliminary page. There are extensive pencilled annotations, presumably in Lindsey's hand, to his article, "Is the Public School Just to the Boy?".
