The foreword is dated november, 1911. The title page on this copy is dated 1912 while the cover is dated 1911. The catalogue entry for this item at the university of Michigan is dated 1911 but a printing history contained in the note(s) field states: "First edition, 1912." We have also seen a copy with the cover dated 1911 with the title page dated 1914. We can find no references in OCLC to a 1911 edition save for the above-mentioned Michigan entry.
