The subtitle is dropped with the second issue and the third issue is re-christened "Milion: The People's Review." The "First Collection" contains "A Poet Rejects a Right-Wing Plea" by Hugh MacDiarmid, "Last Speech to the Court" by Bartolomeo Vanzetti, "Tolstoy's 'War and Peace'" by Mulk Raj Anand, "Southern Mammy Song" by Langston Hughes, "The Dog" by Sean O'Casey, etc. The "Second Collection" includes "Scottish Proletarian Literature" by MacDiarmid & other material by Sid Chaplin, Jack Lindsay, Singer, et al. The third issue contains "Scottish Proletarian Literature - II" by MacDiarmid, "Twentieth Century Novels about India" by Anand, "The Marxist Idea of Universal Man" & "Clifford Odets" by Harry Slochower, "The Beginning" by Paul Potts and other material by Sid Chaplin, Norman Bentwich, Hugo Manning, et al.
