Goddard & Diggle urge potential viewers to boycott the new movie based on the life of Joe Hill, stating that the "I.W.W. resents that Joe's movie was made with scab labor and under dangerous working conditions. By a producer who evidently thinks that Joe Hill died to become a folk hero. So that some fat movie producer could steal that page from history and make money with it. Some fat movie producer who understands nothing of the principles for which Joe died ...".
