This edition was preceded by a self-published & distributed pamphlet issued in the previous year. It is apparently revised in some respects. The pamphlet version must be exceedingly scarce - we have never seen a copy, none is offered for sale online as of this writing and no copies are located on OCLC. Ours is the only copy of the J. E. Casey edition online and there are none on OCLC.
