This book was not published until 1971 when it was brought out in San Jose by the Fibonacci Association. That edition apparently was poorly circulated with no copies being offered for sale online as of this writing. A later version was issued in Palo Alto by Creative Publications in 1973. Internal evidence would suggest that an earlier private edition was circulated in 1963.
