Both hinges cracked, front hinge repaired, cover worn at extremities, with a short tear at top edge of front cover & a small snag at spine; else good to very good. This copy was presented to a student at the Portsea Diocesan School in 1862 & has the blind stamp of a Portsea bookseller. Also there is the label of Newbegins in San Francisco & the signature of Aurelia Henry Reinhardt (dated 1920) on the front free endpaper & her bookplate on the front paste-down. [76900]
