Fight Racism, Support Greg Jones

Oakland: The New Voice, ca. 1975. 8 1/2 x 11 in. Single sheet, printed on both sides. [70160]

Jones was an African American worker at the Caterpillar Tractor Company who was tried for killing another man "after an auto incident." Jones was "determined to be insane" by a court-appointed psychiatrist. According to this Marxist-Leninist group the "key to the situation lies not in the details of who shot whom, but rather in the question, why did Greg Jones go insane. The answer is that Caterpillar management drove him to a nervous breakdown through continual racist harassment"
