One of the 19 novels of "Mysteries of the People; or, History of the Proletarian Family." The novels were translated by Daniel & Solon De Leon and issued in 21 volumes by New York Labor News. All were bound in red cloth. This is the only copy we have encountered in a green binding. This copy bears an old pencilled price and notation ("Rare in green") by the late Walter Goldwater, veteran dealer in social movements, Afro-Americana & Africana.
