Issued on the occasion of a speech by Vyshinsky in New York. Vyshinsky is shown to be consistent in his opposition to communism - he opposed the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917 and presided over the Moscow Trials of the "Old Bolsheviks" in the late-1930s. Vyshinsky and Stalin are said to be "tools of world imperialism in the Soviet Union. Down with the hangmen of the Russian Bolsheviks!"
